These terms cover your use of Equipe's show administration software at app.equipe.com ("Equipe"), provided by Equipe AB ("we", "us"). They are an agreement between us and the organizer whose account you use. By using Equipe you agree to them.

The short version: the shows you run are yours, you pay what we agreed, and either of us can walk away with reasonable notice. Nothing here is a trap.

We try to keep these terms readable and fair. If something is unclear, email info@equipe.com and we will explain what it means before you have to rely on it.

Your account

An account belongs to an organizer, not to a person. Whoever owns the account decides who else gets access and what they may do. Keep your own credentials to yourself, use two-factor authentication if it is available to you, and tell us if you think someone else has got in.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the people you have given access to do with it.

Your data is yours

The shows you run, the entries you take and the results you produce belong to you. We do not own them and we will not use them for anything except running Equipe for you and what you have published.

You can export your data at any time. If you stop being a customer, tell us what you want done with it and we will do that. What happens to results you have already published is different, and is set out under what becomes public.

We handle personal data in your shows as your processor, under our Data Processing Agreement. It applies automatically. There is nothing to sign.

What you are responsible for

  • That you are allowed to put the data into Equipe in the first place, and that the people in it have been told what happens to it.
  • That what you publish is correct, and that you understand it becomes public permanently.
  • Following the rules of your federation and the law where your show takes place.
  • What you put in custom fields. We cannot tell that a field you invented holds something sensitive.

What you may not do

  • Break or try to break the security of the service.
  • Reach data you were not granted access to, even where it is technically possible.
  • Put an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Use Equipe to store data that has nothing to do with running shows.
  • Resell access to Equipe without our agreement.

If you do any of these we may suspend the account. We will tell you why, and we will give you a chance to put it right unless the problem is urgent.

Fees

Our prices are published at equipe.com/pricing, and those are the prices that apply unless we have agreed something else with you in writing. Equipe is invoiced in arrears, after a show has finished. Invoices are due on the terms stated on them. We will give you reasonable notice before prices change, and a price change never applies to a show you have already run.

Ending it

You can stop using Equipe whenever you like. We can end the agreement if you do not pay after we have asked, if you break these terms seriously, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give you enough notice to get through your season and take your data with you.

We do not delete your data the moment you leave. Ask us and we will export it or remove it.

Availability

We work hard to keep Equipe running, particularly during shows, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. Current and past availability is at status.equipe.com. We will give notice of planned maintenance where we can, and we avoid it at weekends when shows are running.

Liability

Equipe is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss of data that you could have exported. Where we are liable, our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

None of this limits liability for anything that cannot be limited by law, including intent, gross negligence, and liability under data protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will update the date at the top, and if a change matters to you we will tell you before it takes effect. If you do not accept a material change, you can stop using Equipe. Since you pay after a show rather than before it, there is nothing left owing either way.

Governing law

Swedish law applies, and disputes go to the Swedish courts, with Gothenburg District Court as the court of first instance. Before that, please email us. Almost everything is easier to sort out that way.
