These terms cover your use of Equipe Entry at entry.equipe.com ("Service"), provided by Equipe AB ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.

The short version: we pass your entry to the organizer and they run the show. Money, refunds and start places are theirs to decide, not ours.

We try to keep these readable and fair. If something is unclear, email info@equipe.com and we will explain what it means.

What the Service does

Equipe Entry lets you enter equestrian competitions, manage your rider and horse details, and pay entry fees. We pass your entry to the organizer of the show. We do not run the shows and we do not decide who gets a start.

Start lists and results are published

When you enter a competition, the organizer publishes start lists and results, and they stay published. This is required by the rules you compete under. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is published, what never is, and how long it stays up. Please read that part before you enter.

Your account

You need an account to enter. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date, because an entry with the wrong license number or a horse that is not yours causes real problems at the show. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account.

Entering and paying

An entry is a matter between you and the organizer. They set the fees, the deadlines, the conditions and the refund rules, and those rules apply alongside these terms.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.

Refunds, withdrawals and disputes about an entry go to the organizer, not to us. We can tell you what we sent them and when, and we will help you reach them, but we cannot give back money we never kept.

Using the Service properly

You agree not to:

  • enter on behalf of someone who has not asked you to
  • break or try to break the security of the Service
  • reach data you were not given access to
  • put an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
  • use the Service for anything unlawful

If you do, we may suspend your account. We will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right, unless the problem is urgent.

Riding is risky, and that part is not ours

Equestrian sport carries real risk. You take part at your own risk, under the organizer's conditions and your federation's rules. Nothing in the Service changes that, and we are not a party to it.

Availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, especially around entry deadlines, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. If our Service is down when a deadline falls, contact the organizer — they decide whether to extend it.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. We are responsible for loss we cause you that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.

We are not responsible for what the organizer does with your entry, for the accuracy of results they register, for events being cancelled or changed, or for loss that was not foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in, and nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Entries you have already made, and results already published, are not affected.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will update the date at the top, and if a change matters to you we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a minor change means you accept it; for anything material we will ask.

Governing law

Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you can always bring a case in the courts there. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Before any of that, please email us. Almost everything is easier to sort out that way.
